Remarks:    
Advance deposit   One month deposit is required as according to grade level during enrollment. Thereafter, students are required to top up their deposit once approval is given to advance to next new grade level.
 
Registration fee   RM20.00. One time payment.
 
Lessons payment method   Student shall make full payment for 4 lessons in advance before any 'next' 4 lessons begin.

For the very first month, student is required to make full payment for two months:
One month for deposit and one month for course fee (4 lessons)
 
Student attendant record
(SAR)		   Every student who learn music from MEC will have a student attendance record card. The record card is to keep track of no of lessons taken and also the last payment made.
 
Student absent   If student absent from lesson without informing MEC (03-7954 1498) or the music teacher, the lesson is considered taken even though  student did not sign on the student attendant record card.

Student shall report to MEC (03-7954 1498) or the music teacher two hours in advance if they are not attending the class.
